On Saturday the 3rd of October, Wandin Valley will be taking part in "A Taste of Lovedale 2009."

In previous years, the event was staged on the Cricket ground at Wandin Valley. This year it has moved to The Crowne Plaza on Lovedale Rd.

The new venue has given us a great opportunity to expand the layout, and draw on the numerous guests staying at Crowne over the long weekend. Visitors to the event will have the opportunity to taste and buy wine from nine of Lovedale's finest wineries, and enjoy great food provided by four local restaurants. In addition to this, there will be an art exhibition, numerous produce vendors, and activities for the kids such as pony rides and a jumping castle.
