Our country cricket ground featuring the gracious Ruby Pavilion and tennis court is available for hire for cricket and sports days.

The Ruby Pavilion is elegant and spacious and can be arranged in many different ways to suit particular needs. The Ruby Pavilion opens onto wide verandahs that overlook the vineyards and our cricket ground.

The standard venue hire for five hours is $900.00 and includes:

• Use of full cricket kit and scorebook
• Verandah overlooking the oval set up with tables/cloths and director chairs
• Chilled filtered water all day with disposable cups
• Urn with tea, coffee, milk, sugar & disposable cups
• A selection of white plastic platters, serving utensils & baskets for bread etc
• Disposable plates, cutlery & luncheon napkins
• Chairs around the perimeter of the oval in front of the Pavilion
• Large market umbrellas with some casual tables & chairs on the grassed area
• Trestle tables & cloths set up for food and beverage service
• Two large four burner gas BBQ’s & utensils
• Two sets of boules, quoits, croquet set & tennis racquets available on request

The venue can be set up and ready for you from 9.30 am. Large groups and non-standard set-ups can be catered for but there may be an additional fee depending on specific requirements for the day.

Depending on your needs, the catering arrangements for the day vary from ‘self-cater’, or catered but ‘self- cook BBQs’ to fully catered functions where an extensive menu range is available to choose from to suit every budget.
