This Rosé is produced through the traditional Saignée technique where lightly coloured juice is drawn from the red must before it starts fermenting. 15% of the juice was fermented in new American Oak hogs heads to add depth and complexity.
A blend of Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, this is a bold Rosé That shows intense aromas of blueberry, mint, spice and charry oak. The dry palate is rich and supple offering excellent depth of flavour and length. It is a wine best served chilled whilst young.
