The Fatso’s Revenge White is a blend of Hunter Valley Semillon and Orange Sauvignon Blanc. Both fruit components are picked at ideal ripeness levels and fermented independently before being blended. The style is lifted, delicate, and eminently drinkable. This wine should be enjoyed in its youth.
