Nv cricketers pavilion Sparkling Chardonnay
Hunter grown Chardonnay, picked across three vintages and aged on lees for a minimum three years. This wine offers delicate aromas of freshly baked bread and a palate thriving with ripe peach and melon fruit characters. 
2012 cricketers Pavilion Semillon/sauvignon blanc
Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon make for a perfect juicy fresh white wine with crisp gooseberry and citrus flavours, and a mouthwatering finish.
2011 Pavilion Rose
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (55%) and Shiraz (45%), this is a soft rose with subtle hints of berry sweetness ahead of a juicy fresh finish. Best enjoyed served chilled. perfect accompaniment to spicy cuisine.
2012 cricketers Pavilion shiraz
The perfectly balanced blend of Hunter Shiraz (60%) and McLaren Vale Shiraz (40%) fruit, makes this wine a light to medium bodied red, showing ripe full berry fruit characters on the palate and spice on the nose. Perfect enjoyed at any time.
